Paws By The Lake was born from a lifelong love of pets, particularly dogs, by Roy and Emma Dulieu, with a vast experience with pets between them, from managing  boarding and rescue kennels, owning a dog grooming parlour, being involved with various rescue organisations and of course, having pets of their own - Emma and Roy came up with the concept of a shop which combines both a pet shop and a gift shop for pet lovers. And what better place for this unique shop than Ambleside, in the heart of the Lakes, currently the proud and happy owners of four rescue dogs, Roy and Emma live in Ambleside and spend a lot of their free time walking the dogs throughout the beautiful Lake District.
